Swatch of OPI – Sprung

Sprung has a sheer pinkish base and filled to the brim with coppery metallic foil flakes, and is the warmer toned sister of Warm & Fozzie, and as such it’s a perfect autumn polish! The base gives it a warmer tone that Warm & Fozzie, but as far as I can tell, the flakes are the same in both polishes. I might post a quick comparison if you guys are interested in that.

Formula-wise, it’s very similar to Warm & Fozzie, and other metallic foil polishes. It’s a bit sheer so 3 coats is needed for full coverage, and cleanup and removal can be a bit messy since the flakes stick to your skin. Other than that, it’s easy enough to work with and as long as you have a steady hand, you shouldn’t mess too much with it.

I bought this polish when I was in Dubai for a conference, and when I saw this polish I thought it was a completely different one. Even though I was a bit disappointed with the fact that I hadn’t found one of my lemmings, it is a gorgeous polish and I love it very much!
